To provide the Services, VMS is required to obtain certain Information for account registration, identity verification, location tracking, communications monitoring, and to otherwise comply with applicable law. This Information includes, at a minimum, your name, address, date of birth, driver's license (or other government-issued ID) information, social security number, location information (using Geolocation Technologies), and in some cases, financial account/deposit and withdrawal method details.
